Shayne Martin Oseguera or Quetsmo is a Chicano visual artist based out of San Diego, CA but originally from San Jose. He specializes in murals with public or community art across California, including the National Historical Landmark Chicano Park. Shayne creates artwork to educate and inspire advocacy for the preservation of his culture, natural landscapes, wildlife and the greater environment.
