

Alicia Casas, the founder of Jaguar Baker, began her bakery journey in 2016 when she was vegan with no vegan options in the San Jose area so she started Jaguar Baker with her sister Mari Casas. Her belief is in a lifestyle that is cruelty free as well as healthy without any animals products. She started to learn vegan baking skills at the Vegan Baking Boot-camp course at the NYC Natural Gourmet Institute. After some trainings and practice Jaguar Baker officially opened for business in 2017. Mari Casas, Alicia’s sister, assists Alicia with the baking and sales as well as Kristen Dominguez who joined the bakery two years ago. They rent a commercial kitchen in San Jose to produce the pastries. Jaguar Baker is located in San Jose, Ca at Japantown Farmers Market twice a month 357 E.
